Estos términos cubren el uso de la web de FinancIA, su formulario de lista de espera y cualquier acceso previo al lanzamiento público, incluyendo demo o beta cuando exista.
Uso del sitio y la waitlist
Al usar esta web o apuntarte a la waitlist aceptas estos términos. Debes usar el sitio de forma lícita, sin intentar romper la infraestructura, automatizar altas abusivas ni usar correos o datos de terceros sin autorización.
Acceso beta o anticipado
- Apuntarte no garantiza acceso inmediato ni una fecha cerrada.
- Las invitaciones a demo, beta o acceso anticipado pueden ser limitadas y graduales.
- FinancIA puede suspender o retirar accesos si detecta abuso, fraude o uso indebido.
No es asesoramiento financiero
FinancIA ayuda a entender gastos, presupuestos, metas y decisiones, pero no constituye asesoramiento financiero, fiscal, contable o jurídico personalizado.
Pagos y suscripciones
Si la app ofrece planes de pago, la compra, renovación, prueba y cancelación se regirán por Apple y App Store Connect en el momento de la transacción.
Propiedad intelectual
La marca, interfaz, textos, diseños, capturas y software asociados a FinancIA son titularidad de su propietario o se usan con autorización. No se permite su copia o explotación comercial sin permiso.
Disponibilidad y responsabilidad
La web y cualquier beta se ofrecen según disponibilidad y pueden cambiar, pausarse o cerrarse sin previo aviso. En la medida permitida por la ley, no se garantiza disponibilidad continua ni ausencia total de errores.
Ley aplicable
Estos términos se interpretan conforme al derecho español y, cuando proceda, a la normativa de protección de consumidores aplicable.
Website and waitlist use
By using this website or joining the waitlist, you accept these terms. You must use the site lawfully and must not try to break the infrastructure, automate abusive signups or use third-party emails or personal data without permission.
Beta and early access
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access or a fixed launch date.
- Demo, beta and early-access invitations may be limited and gradual.
- FinancIA may suspend or revoke access in cases of abuse, fraud or misuse.
Not financial advice
FinancIA helps users understand spending, budgets, goals and decisions, but it does not provide personalized financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.
Payments and subscriptions
If paid plans are offered in the app, billing, renewals, trials and cancellations will be governed by Apple and App Store Connect at the time of purchase.
Intellectual property
The FinancIA brand, interface, copy, designs, screenshots and related software belong to their owner or are used with permission. Copying or commercial exploitation without authorization is not allowed.
Availability and liability
The website and any beta access are provided as available and may change, pause or close without notice. To the extent allowed by law, uninterrupted availability and total absence of errors are not guaranteed.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under Spanish law and, where applicable, the consumer protection rules that apply to the user.
